The Four Tenets
Loyalty | Honesty | Humility | Dignity
Loyalty: Faithful adherence to a sovereign, government, leader, or cause.
Be Loyal to your Guildmates at all times. Stand up for them, no matter the situation. Stand by them during hard times, and celebrate with them during victories. Remain Loyal to Ishtar Terra even when acting outside of the Guild.
Honesty: The quality or fact of being truthful and sincere.
Be Honest with your Guildmates. Let us know your thoughts on situations, good or bad, but in a manner that remains sincere to the Guild. Feel free to speak your mind in public environments while adhering to the Four Tenets.
Humility: The quality or condition of being humble. To hold a modest opinion or estimate of one's own importance.
Be Humble with your Guildmates. You are a piece of the larger puzzle. Your piece may be important to the foundation of Ishtar Terra, but not necessary to our function. Always remain humble outside of the Guild in all aspects of Rift.
Dignity: Behavior indicative of self-respect or appreciation of the formality or gravity of an occasion or situation.
Be Dignified in your interactions with your Guildmates. We are a family, here to help one another towards success. When we fail, we fail together, and when we triumph, we triumph together. Always remain dignified in situations away from the Guild.

Raiding Policies
1. The Guild Master should be informed of scheduled Raids or meetings and an outline of the meeting should be provided.
2. Before people raid they will need to have read through the policies that are put on our website.
3. Guildies who are new to raiding must start with dungeons and will have the opportunity to join raids once they have the gear and experience to do so.
4. Raid signups will be done through the Forums. Acceptance to the raid will be confirmed in the Forums.
5. Multi-Specs: A character will be invited to the raid as a specific Character Role as decided upon by the player. (i.e. Tank, DPS or Healer.) You may, at some point in the Raid, be asked to swap specs in order to accomplish a certain goal but this is NOT required of you in order to raid.
6. If you accept an invitation to a Raid and do not show up for it, then you may be put on a one week probation during which you will not be invited to Raid.
7. If you have accepted an invite and know in advance that you can not make the Raid, you must inform the GM, Raid Leader, or an Officer attending the same Raid within 24 hours of the scheduled event.
8. Your spot will be held until 15 minutes before the pull time, after that it will go to the first person on the stand by list unless you have contacted the Raid Leader, GM or Officer attending the event.
9. Summons are to be used for emergencies only, you are expected to get to the Raid location for the designated pull time.
10. Come prepared! Bring plenty of potions, flasks, enhancements and food.

Loot Rules
1. Master Looter will be up.
2. Two rounds of rolls: NEED and GREED.
3. You can roll on the NEED round if the item is an upgrade to the spec for which you were invited. If that spec is not your main spec and you would rather roll on main spec gear instead, ask the Raid Leader if this is acceptable. BoE items are subject to same limits during NEED round and if won, should be equipped, at least temporarily, in the raid.
4. You can roll on the GREED round if the item is an upgrade to any of your specs.
5. If a Rare or Epic Item goes to the Greed round, it shall go to the Raid Leader and passed onto the Guild Master for safe keeping, to be given to an appropriate Guild Member who could use the item.
6. During the NEED round, if the winner has previously won something on a NEED round, their roll will be held and the next highest roll will win. If all rollers have won, highest roll overall wins.
7. During the NEED round, rolls for armor less than your maximum allowable armor type will be held if someone with a lesser roll who has not previously won can use the item as their maximum armor type.
E.G: A Cleric who has not yet won something can roll need on cloth gear but the roll will be held if a Mage who has not yet won also rolls. If the Mage has previously won, the Cleric's roll is not held, per Rule 6.
8. General items, such as Bags, Mounts, and Keys will be open Greed rolls for everyone who can use the item.
9. Lists of winners will carryover from run to run within the same raid instance within the same week.
